Lincoln Democracy Institute Releases New Ad: This Election Is A Choice Between Hope Or Autocracy

In a new ad, the Lincoln Democracy Institute outlines how the choice in this election is between hope or a rising autocracy that is challenging the rights and freedoms of millions of Americans. Narrated by actor Mark Hamill, the ad is the third in a series telling voters they need to make a plan to vote in the most consequential election in decades. 

You can watch the ad here. It will run digitally and on cable in Grand Rapids, MI; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; La Crosse-Eau Claire, Wisconsin; Reno, NV; and Tuscon, Arizona. 

“These midterms will decide whether or not America will be governed by those who want to roll back voting rights and pursue policies that will lock out the voices of millions of Americans,” Erin Dobson, Executive Director, Lincoln Democracy Institute.. “All Americans need to make a plan to vote this fall and make a strong declaration against the forces of authoritarianism who threaten to destroy our democratic institutions. Everyone who cares for democracy must vote this fall.”
